Water and Seagrass missing Textures

Surface water seems to have a missing texture, as well as Seagrass. Once you're under water the texture is as normal, its just any exposed face. Effects flowing or stationary water. Other liquids seem to be fine but I've only seen lava so far. Seagrass is the same, missing texture. See pics 1 & 2 for confirmation
