HT's TreeChop overrides ChopDown behavior

Hey folks, just letting you know, it was reported to me (https://github.com/hammertater/treechop/issues/47#issuecomment-1207270289) that TreeChop (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/treechop) overrides the ChopDown behavior in V-Tweaks. Not sure if it's worth the effort, but let me know if you're interested in adding compatibility between the two mods.
